I used to have terrible insomnia, especially if I was worried, anxious or partied all night long and before I knew it it was morning, then it was time for school, work, etc...
I slept maybe 1 to 3 hours per night if I was lucky and none of the normal remedies seemed to work on me.
Then I found out about Hypnosis and self-hypnosis and power naps using hypnosis, that thought me how to fall asleep in short minutes or less every night.
It has a lot to do with specific foods that send sleep and wake signals to the brain, as well as relaxed and worry free mind.
