Families to the Rescue will be doing research on Alzheimer's and dementia beginning January 2012.

The research is filed with the federal government at ClinicalTrials.gov, #NCTO1435551, with protocol identification #ALZ2012JB.

The Alzheimer's Association will be posting this research on the web site.

The study is based on the use of hypnotherapy to enhance the body's natural immune system to dissolve the beta-amyloid buildup in the brain.

A similar study was done in the United Kingdom by Dr. Daniel Nightingale & Simon Duff several years ago with great success.

Each person will be rated on improvement in concentration, relaxation, motivation, activities of daily living, immediate memory, plus memory for significant events, socialization, and the overall quality of life.

How To Stop Nervous Laughing With Hypnosis

Not sure if any of you experienced nervous laughing, but I have when I was pregnant and I would just laugh about every thing and anything especially when it was not funny or appropriate.

But after I gave birth, this habit left me and I never had this experience before, until I had clients asking me to help them stop laughing, and I tell you, I had a client few years back, and he was laughing out so loud, and no matter how hard I stopped my self from laughing with him, I couldn't, and I didn't want him to think I was laughing at him... and I end up laughing together with my client for a good 20 minutes, until I was out of breath, which I had to do some deep breathing exercises myself to stop the laughter... Oh boy... it was so contagious, and as a result of that specific experience, I end up helping more people with nervous laughing.

First you must understand that your client is not laughing because he or she is funny, but because they are nervous.

find out when it happens, why it happens, and is it with the same people or strangers or specific events or situations...

Nervous laughing is stress related behavior which with time it can become an habitual response, and it's a subconscious response.

After you find out what's going on, teach your client to relax, and when ever she or he start laughing, remind them to start taking a deep breaths and as they remind themselves to be calm, and with each and every breath their laughter will be replaced with deep breaths, as they are relaxing their mind, and their reaction to any situation or stress level.

Being in the business that I absolutely love, which is helping people, I constantly in search for better ways to help people around the world. I come a cross of an article, in the NY Times, it was about a small business owner- Ed Davis. From my understanding Ed Davis wanted to change the direction in his California based manufacturing company, Ceilume was heading. Basically his plan was to begin selling directly to consumers. Since his ultimate goal was to change how people think, especially when it came to his ceiling tiles. He also wanted to show how the vinyl ones were much different.

So how do you go about changing a market’s perception ?

And this is how he he started delivering the massage, he decided to give online video a chance, and his company began producing videos. And as you know, the best place to post your videos until this day is on YouTube – and from then it turned into a very low cost form of advertising.

And ever since Online video has become the number one option for many businesses around the world.

So what is the next step in the evolution of low cost, online advertising?

Talking from my own personal experience, I have come to realize that, YouTube is great, but it is not the best place to put your videos. Think about it, how many time did go there to look at a video, and was distracted by other peoples video? I am talking the kind of distraction from your competitors!

Paola Leone, Ph.D.
Dr. Paola Leone is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery and Director of the Cell & Gene Therapy Center (CGTC). As Principal Investigator at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School for Gene Therapy for Canavan Disease, she leads all research activities at UMDNJ and the affiliated centers. Her research interests have included in vivo neurochemistry of epilepsy and gene transfer approaches for the treatment of neurological disorders. She has published extensively in the field of CNS gene therapy and conducted the first direct gene therapy trial using a liposome-based vector for a pediatric neurodegenerative disorder. In addition to applications of viral vectors and stem cells, Dr. Leone is studying pharmacological approaches in humans and in animal models of Canavan Disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Tay Sach’s and other neurological disorders.

Dec. 2st, 2009 – Yulia and Gili Ben-Moshe, who live in a small town in Israel, were confronted with every parent’s nightmare: their third child, Lavi then three months old, was diagnosed with Canavan Disease. At the first moment they didn't understand what it means, but after a short while they learned that children with Canavan disease first lose their sense of sight, then their hearing and their motor function. Usually, before age 4, the disease kills off their brain cells and the children die.

It took them 24 hours to start the war to save Lavi. They went online and found Dr. Paola Leone, the leading American expert on Canavan disease. They realized that Dr. Leone, works out of the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, is developing innovative treatments for Canavan patients.Ten days later the couple was on a plane on its way to the US. They met with Dr. Leone who put Lavi on her pharmacologic therapies, which resulted in delaying his brain deterioration.

This was the first hopeful sign.Today, at 18 months, Lavi is considered a medical miracle. He is progressing neurologically – he can see and hear -- defying the dire diagnosis.But unfortunately the existing Drugs alone will not retard the progression of the disease. The question for the parents was one: What else can we do to save Lavi?

While staying in New Jersey, they learned that Dr. Leone is conducting basic scientific stem cell research that holds hope for Canavan patients. Since the disease kills off brain cells, Dr. Leone believes that implanting stem cells into the brains of children with Canavan would result in the proliferation of functional brain cells. She is now testing her theory in the laboratory, and intends clinic testing as soon as she scientifically proves the efficacy and the safely of the stem cell treatment. The clinical protocol to use stems cells to treat Canavan patients should be approved within 24 months by the Food and Drug Administration. The subsequent clinical trial would include 15 children with Canavan Disease.

Yulia and Gili Ben Moshe decided to approach Dr. Leone and asked her to put Lavi on the testing group of the new process."Lavi's psycho-motor development has been improving greatly since the pharmacological therapy began,” says Leone. “The therapy is preserving his brain but is not curing the disease.

While Lavi and many other children are struggling to change their prognosis, scientists are working incessantly in my laboratory to bring a cure to fruition. The timing and success of a cure for Canavan Disease fully depends upon the availability of appropriate research funds that would also model the cure for other neurodegenerative diseases.”Dr. Leone’s research is funded only partially by the government. For her research to be completed and approved, she needs an estimated $ 1.5 million.This couldn't deter the courageous parents.

They decided to go fund raising for the complementary funds.They first started in Israel, where they raised the money for Lavi's medical treatments, and then they decided to start an international appeal. They partnered with an Israeli start-up, called give2gether, which developed an innovative platform for micro-philanthropy. They built a website which chronicles Lavi’s life Journey, and enables grass roots fundraising.Yulia and Gili assure that all the money raised will to fund the research. Dec. 1st, 2009 – Yulia and Gili Ben-Moshe, who live in a small town in Israel, were confronted with every parent’s nightmare: their third child, Lavi then three months old, was diagnosed with Canavan Disease.
At the first moment they didn't understand what it means, but after a short while they learned that children with Canavan disease first lose their sense of sight, then their hearing and their motor function. Usually, before age 4, the disease kills off their brain cells and the children die.

It took them 24 hours to start the war to save Lavi. They went online and found Dr. Paola Leone, the leading American expert on Canavan disease. They realized that Dr. Leone, works out of the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, is developing innovative treatments for Canavan patients.

Ten days later the couple was on a plane on its way to the US. They met with Dr. Leone who put Lavi on her pharmacologic therapies, which resulted in delaying his brain deterioration. This was the first hopeful sign.

Today, at 18 months, Lavi is considered a medical miracle. He is progressing neurologically – he can see and hear -- defying the dire diagnosis.But unfortunately the existing Drugs alone will not retard the progression of the disease. The question for the parents was one: What else can we do to save Lavi?

While staying in New Jersey, they learned that Dr. Leone is conducting basic scientific stem cell research that holds hope for Canavan patients. Since the disease kills off brain cells, Dr. Leone believes that implanting stem cells into the brains of children with Canavan would result in the proliferation of functional brain cells. She is now testing her theory in the laboratory, and intends clinic testing as soon as she scientifically proves the efficacy and the safely of the stem cell treatment. The clinical protocol to use stems cells to treat Canavan patients should be approved within 24 months by the Food and Drug Administration. The subsequent clinical trial would include 15 children with Canavan Disease.

Yulia and Gili Ben Moshe decided to approach Dr. Leone and asked her to put Lavi on the testing group of the new process.
"Lavi's psycho-motor development has been improving greatly since the pharmacological therapy began,” says Leone. “The therapy is preserving his brain but is not curing the disease. While Lavi and many other children are struggling to change their prognosis, scientists are working incessantly in my laboratory to bring a cure to fruition.

The timing and success of a cure for Canavan Disease fully depends upon the availability of appropriate research funds that would also model the cure for other neurodegenerative diseases.” Dr. Leone’s research is funded only partially by the government. For her research to be completed and approved, she needs an estimated $ 1.5 million.

This couldn't deter the courageous parents. They decided to go fund raising for the complementary funds.

They first started in Israel, where they raised the money for Lavi's medical treatments, and then they decided to start an international appeal. They partnered with an Israeli start-up, called give2gether, which developed an innovative platform for micro-philanthropy. They built a website which chronicles Lavi’s life Journey, and enables grass roots fundraising.

Yulia and Gili assure that all the money raised will to fund the research. They hope that each donor will tell Lavi's story to at least 10 friends, and this way, even with small donations they will be able to raise the necessary funds to save their child.

How To Discover and Create Your Personal Branding!

To discover your personal branding, you basically need to know yourself, then you need to find out what is the best way to market yourself.

WHY BRANDING MATTERS? Because branding is all about YOU and your PERSONALITY.

WHY? Because you will always be judged based on your personality, and therefor it is important as what you say, how you say it, that goes with what you where... If you dressed sloppy, your branding represent a sloppy person.

If you dressed up professional, your branding represent someone responsible and professional.

If you tent to be always right, instead of practicing the art of listening and observing, you will appear as selfish, argumentive and careless, because it is your voice that you care to be herd, not what others have to say.

When you market yourself and it doesn't matter if it is with friends, co workers, family or business associates, your branding comes first, so if you want to attract the right people to help your career or any other related success, be careful as what you say and how you say it or to whom it is said.

The reasons are, that you don't want to mix your political views with people who are not on the same page.

Also using argumentive language and body language during conversation is not recommended, because this shows that you have an argumentive personality, and no one want to work with someone who is always right, even if you are right... There is a place for everything, so make sure you don't mix up your personal or political views with people who are not on the same page.

For example, If you are an actor and a journalist and you have a conversation with a producer who is not on the same page with you as the conversation becomes argumentive, quit right their, or basically you have lost your chance of being possibly promoted, and don't say, "I Don't Care" because this is your "Ego" saying that, and you should care...

Also make sure that continue education as part of your life style.

Remember Your Dreams and Heal at the Same Time

We all dream, some remember their dreams and some don’t, our dreams have many levels of meanings.
Our dreams can come in colors, shapes, object, human, animals, ghost, angels, spirits, ideas, smells, tastes and situations, also each dream have many meanings.

When you learn how to explore your dream, you must also examine it from different perspective, take your time, put it in writing, and be patient, when you do that, you will notice that the meaning will come out of no where and will reveal the message.

Nothing is about right or wrong answers, It's all about exploring and playing with the symbols, using our own creativity, imagination, and readiness to study the messages that can help and lead us into self discovery and healings.

Dreams can be vague, therefore you need to be wearing a Sherlock Holmes hat while you investigate the meanings, no reason to chase it, since the more you chase it, the harder you'll get it, so all you have to do is to remain patient...

Use Affirmation, It's like planting the seed before bed time…

I am going to dream.

I remember my dreams with an ease.

I always remember my dreams.

I enjoy remembering my dreams with an ease.

I am inviting my dreams to heal me…

Make sure to be positive while using these affirmations.

You can also write down what's on your mind for that day, also ask for a guide.
Write down what dreams you would like to dream about and don't hesitate to be specific…

When you are aware of your dreams, make sure to write it down… even If you find yourself waking up from your dream, any time even if it is in the middle of the night or in the early morning.

Before you get out of your bed in the morning, lie still and close your eyes with a deep slow breaths, and allow yourself to travel into your mind towards the
memory of your dream.

Allow the symbols or your memory comes back to you. REMEMBER To BE PATIENT.

Write everything down in your notebook… and let it come up when it's time.

Trust your memory.

Always keep a paper and a pencil/pen next to your bed, also have a little light or a flashlight next to your bed, or if it is easier, feel free to use a tape-recorder.

What to write down or to record;

Just write down about anything you can remember from your dream.
All details are Important from your dream, make sure you write it all down.

Make sure you write down your feelings, sad, happy, angry, etc…

Is your dream related to some event that did happened to you?

Did you felt as you have been their before?

One Important fact while taking notes from your dreams, Stop all worries about your grammar, spelling, or If It makes sense or not…jus write it all down...

Ok, Now Start With Your Dream Journal.
Make sure you write down your dreams, if you want you can date it for your record…
While doing your dream journal, you will notice that your dreams will have an explanation as it will come spontaneously, like a pop message into your mind.

Remember to write down your dreams ASAP.
The more detail you write down, the faster you heal…

Recap;
Write down your thoughts and feelings.
Where were you in your dream?
Was it a wishful dream or a fantasy, or a horror?
Any clues and ideas might be a clue to your self discovery and healing process.
Also daydreaming and fantasizing during the day, conceder as a dream, so feel free to treat it same as a dream and write it all down.

Ok, this is how It works, the fastest and easy way to get free traffic is having others commenting to your Information through your Bloger.

It only takes a few minutes of your time per day to post a Bolger that others would love reading it, as well as commenting to attract a high-traffic Bloger.

Your blogger will eventually attract a high drive of visitors to your daily.

Make sure to be creative and flexible so you can attract all type of people to comment on your blogs, and when I say creative, I mean be yourself, have fun with your blogger, trust me it’s a great way to drive traffic for your business!

When I point out about commenting on your blogger, I don’t suggest spamming or adding a one-liners or promotional messages. I am suggesting to post quality content and information that will benefit others not just yourself, and from my experience, this will be one of the best way to get a targeted traffic to your blogger.

Rule number one is to remember that people are reading your posts and these days many bloggers have comment moderation enabled, do you know what that means? Well, that means your comment won’t be approved until the original owner approves it.

So if your comment is not appropriate or your intention is spamming, think again, your post won’t be visual or public to others!

So make sure your post is an appropriate with good content to make the most of your intention.

Enough said, now lets start with first step to your blogger traffic, the creative technique, and it is simple, that means to find bloggers that receive good traffic in your function:

Mom Gives Birth in Her Pants

We've all heard stories of incredibly quick births that happen in the most unexpected places. Sometimes these impatient babies make their grand entrances while mom is at home, in a taxi cab, a parking lot or even the front yard. As incredible as those stories are, a woman in UK has them beat. Her daughter came into the world not just at home, but via the leg of her pants while she was still standing!

23-year-old Katherine Allen isn't exactly new at this baby birthing business. Already the mother of two sons, she felt pretty confident that she knew what she was doing when she went into labor on May 9. When her contractions first began, she called the hospital and was told to wait until they were seven and a half minutes apart before coming in. Considering the fact that her two previous labors had lasted up to twelve hours, this seemed reasonable to her.

I guess it didn't seem so reasonable to her soon-to-be-born daughter, who decided that right this very minute worked better for her. "I got to the bottom of the stairs and I just felt this massive urge to push when all of a sudden my waters broke all over the hallway carpet," says Allen.

In an instant, her partner, Alan Moore, reacted to what appeared to be lump traveling down the leg of Katherine's gray sweat pants. "I was watching Katherine about to start climbing the stairs when all of a sudden she started screaming saying the baby was coming. I couldn't believe my eyes when it appeared and rolled down her leg -- I was just thinking I can't let it hit the floor and dived to catch it."

He sprang into action and scooped up 8 pound, 5 ounce Hannah just as she slid out of the bottom of Katherine's pants. Umbilical cord still attached and running up her leg, a shocked Katherine sat patiently on the stairs holding her new daughter until an ambulance arrived.

While dad cut the umbilical cord, paramedics and a midwife checked out mom and baby and found them both to be perfectly healthy. They didn't even have to go to the hospital!

Dad, of course, is thrilled about his experience assisting in the birth of his daughter. '"I feel like I have done more in a few hours with my daughter than some dads manage in the first few months -- it's exhausting but fantastic."

As for mom, she thinks gravity just might be the secret to easy childbirth. "My other births definitely weren't this easy and I will always recommend standing up to do it in future," she says.

Well this is first I have heard, and it is great :)

Prohibiting people from thinking with Logic, and instead listening to a materialistic crazy leader without an education or knowledge oo all human rights.

I am following the news and I am saddened, with this outrages crazy leaders who control people with their sickness, Can you Imagine living anywhere in the world and never having the right to live the way you should live.

Is this really fair?

Where is Justice?

What happened to wanting PEACE, what happened to helping each other, respecting each other and unconditional love?

This is really embarrassing by our President’s hush in the face of dictatorial election rubbing from a people wanting more freedoms. This is what I am talking about; our President’s has to stop favoring to strict UN human roles.

We as American should stand for what America has always stood for “FREEDOM".

I am asking you people, Is this really fair?

Don’t you think that the Iranian people have as much right to freedom as we do?
Don’t you think we have an obligation to speak up for those poor souls if nothing else?

So if our President Obama was successful in winning the hearts of so many can he now win the respect of those around the world who are being under enemy control?

What Is Acting?

Well, I am a certified hypnotherapist, who recently joined an acting class, really a wonderful group of actors and actresses, some experienced and some no, let me tell you, I am so fascinated, especially being in a situation where I am interacting with different backgrounds and ethnicity.

I am a white Caucasian Israeli/Persian sales person/body, mind and soul educator…
And, I see myself as being articulate and flexible expressing my thoughts clearly. Wanting to act seems to me, as it was something that came to me easily, not like others that have many challenges around it.

Don't you look at yourself and life path at times and say to yourself, wows, I could be a great actor or actress, doing this part or that part... I bed you had this feeling too, didn't you?

And this is what got me even more fascinated about acting, and other actors and actress’s behavior or thoughts.

Some have amassing accents, some are amusing characters, and some are paranoid or too worried of what other people think of them… This trade of veracity is in somewhat disturbing that need to be addressed to each and every one of the actors society....

I have noticed around me, that if someone was complimented, they were having a hard time excepting that, and some loved it to a point that they have forgotten who they were… and decided OK, now I am the expert, and, I bet, I can deliver more then someone else…

And those who looked at others performance, being surprised that they were so good to a point that one individual would actually feel that the performer can be as conductive and manipulate or dangerous as the character they were playing…

And here I am, observing what everyone else has on their mind and wonder, If they are serious in their observation or not? How fascinating is our mind?

And in other hand, I am hearing the other person who was acting an extreme wonderful roll, and at the same token, they were wondering “What Other People Think Of Me”, This is not who I am, maybe I should quit acting like this, or maybe I am sending out the wrong message that I am a bad person, a mean person, a scary person, a deceitful person, an angry person, or even a depressed person….

And I am thinking again, wow… Ladies and gentlemen let me remind you, acting is performing, acting is acting, and please, STOP Thinking for others, It is about time that you trust your talent, and If you want to be hard on yourself, go ahead, keep doing what you know best, and It is making your acting career, a negative experience...

Acting is about a person who tells a story by showing someone’s behavior or personality, by speaking, singing, dancing and playing… Acting is to do an act… pretending he or she is someone else… In my opinion this is precisely what acting is.

In acting, one challenges part of a unique personality to represent someone else... and that is why the others are known as the audience.

The audience doesn’t go to a play or a movie thinking oh my god, the actor was so good, what about if this is part of his personality? And now he may or could be capable to come into my home late at night and hurt me, because I am afraid of him… I was so convinced when he played the role of the killer so well.... Hello... wakes up... and let me remind you again, the person in the scene was an actor, acting... OK...

Well, this is what I have observed from being among actors, and I hope the meaning of “What is an actor” or “What Is acting”, is much clearer now…

Feel free to share your view and understanding of what actor’s means to you…

Take Julia Roberts for example, she is down to earth, and she has demonstrated a mastery of acting, with complex roles, she acted as the victim, the prostitute, the lover, her roll were from tragic to an inspirational and powerful successful woman... and I don't think she was too concerned how her performance will make people think this is her in real life, she just deliver the best of her ability to act...

Also if you take Will Smith, he is a wonderful actor who demonstrated many personality's in his acting...

Have you ever wondered why?

Well, this is something I have been thinking about lately, why do people betray each other? Why do they choose to rather take the sinners negative side of the road? This is a big puzzle to me…

I see people around me who have been give opportunities with full trust, and instead they have their deceitful mission to be on top of things?

How far can this people go?

Does it worth it?

So, do you find yourself asking exactly what I am curious about; why do people do this.

Let me tell you why? Well, people do this, because they simply can… or because they don’t have a healthy life style, they do it, because they want to see how far they can go, and yes, event because of Insecurity and lack of self esteem for being ashamed of whom they are in the real world,

In a Nut shell, people who have serious Issues...

The dynamic of betrayal, is self betrayal, a self poisoning, exactly like the virus that creates the disease of centered…

Well this is what I lately see around me, and those are exactly the type of people that I am going to have my radar on, meaning I will not follow, if it is deceitful it is a disease…

Now, I know it is like that in our entire universe, but my thoughts bring me to another question?

Is it like that in the entertainment industry?

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. It is sunny out today.)
R *Ask h I'm or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

6 Small Things You Can Do When You Lack Discipline

One of the biggest problems people face is the lack of discipline — they have goals or habits they want to achieve, but lack that discipline needed to stick with it.
Then we beat ourselves up about it. We feel crappy because we can’t stick with it.
And that leads to more failure, because we’re forming a mindset that we don’t have the necessary discipline.

Here’s what to do when you face a situation like this:
1. Forgive yourself. You aren’t perfect. No one is. Realize that beating yourself up will only make things worse. Take a few slow, deep breaths and let it go. Forgive yourself. And move on.

2. Realize that discipline is an illusion. While discipline is a common concept, it doesn’t actually exist. It’s not a thing you can actually do. Think about it: people say discipline is pushing yourself to do something you don’t want to do. But how do you do that? What skill is required? There isn’t a skill — it’s just forcing yourself to do something you don’t want to do. And that requires … some kind of motivation. Without motivation, you won’t be able to force yourself to do anything. So motivation is the key concept — and this is something that’s real, that you can actually learn how to do.

3. Focus on motivation. What’s your motivation for pursuing the goal or habit? How will you sustain the motivation when you struggle? Have very strong motivations for doing something, and write them down. Commit publicly. When things get tough, remind yourself of your motivation. Focus on it. It’ll pull you along — that’s more powerful than trying to focus on the push of discipline.

4. Make it easy. Discipline is tough because whatever the task or habit you’re trying to do is tough. Instead, make it easy. Remove barriers. Having a hard time exercising? Make it ridiculously easy, by only exercising for 5 minutes. What use is exercising for 5 minutes? You’re creating the habit, not getting yourself into shape overnight. The 5 minutes of exercise will have only a tiny impact on your health, but it makes exercise super easy. If you can do that 30 days in a row, you now have an exercise habit. Hate waking up early to go to the gym? Do it at home. Do it during lunch or after work.

5. Focus on enjoyment. It’s hard to push yourself — to have discipline — when you hate doing something. So find something enjoyable about the activity. If you don’t look forward to exercise, find some good music, or a workout partner who you can have a nice conversation with, or a peaceful setting in nature that is just beautiful. And focus on that enjoyable aspect. Hate doing your paperwork? Find a peaceful sanctuary where you can do the paperwork and enjoy yourself. Maybe have a nice cup of tea or coffee, play some nice music. And focus on the enjoyment.

6. Repeat. You’ll almost inevitably slip up sometime, no matter how good you are. Unfortunately, people often take this to mean they don’t have discipline, and they just beat themselves up and give up. Well, it’s just a bump in the road. Get up, dust yourself off, and get going again. Start from Step 1 and start all over.

Why Do People Cut Themselves?

I have worked with cases like that with a great success, Cutting is usually associated with negative behavior, such as sadness, low self esteem, guilt, fear, obsessive thinking, compulsive behaviors, lack of confidence, eating disorders, bipolar and depression, It can also be related to a mental health problems.
Usually but not in all cases, people who cut themselves, are likely to be the one who have been dealing with drugs or alcohol abuse.

The pain is a reminder, from the sense of denial or numbness as a result of traumatic events, by cutting themselves, they are punishing their body for not being able to protect, from the abuse, the violence or what ever the case may be. It may sound strange, but it is like a rebirth of the painful events, except that idea, that I can fight back, by cutting my own skin, the skin that was not able to protect my well being…. and by experiencing the pain, they are expressing their anger over that specific incidents, For that specific person, the meaning is different, It means, I get to be in control.

The beauty of being a hypnotherapist is when I can bond with my clients, in understanding their personal needs, so I can deliver the perfect self-tool solution, to bring much more happiness into their existence.

No, I am not a Psychologist or a Psychotherapist, but I always work with MD’s, Psychologist or Psychiatrist referral, so they can guide me with the correct hypnotic suggestions... “Cutting is self injury”, and people cut themselves for varies reasons. It is a psychological way of coping with pain as a result of a strong emotions... the reason they are doing it, is because they don't believe they can cope with it in any other way, and the good news, With Hypnotherapy, these beautiful Angeles, can cope with it allot better and faster.
Of course, that self-injure sometimes have other mental health issues that contribute to their emotional tensions, and that is why a good Hypnotherapist, must have a doctor referral, so together they can communicate in a better and more affective way with helping to get rid of this unattractive behavior as well as habit.
If you are a Hypnotherapist, First session, it is crucial to build a rapport, then guide with relaxation, self-esteem and confidence boosting.

Thinks that are must when working with such clients:
1. Build rapport, food and daily habits and or routine.
2. Family History.
3. List of Medication and drug or alcohol use.
4. Make sure to have parents consent, (if children are involved in this act)
2. Build trust, since without trust, the client wont open up.
3. All parties involved must sign all agreement.
4. Must have Doctors referral and involvement.

First session, learn about the person, the boy or the girl, have them all sign the papers, and let client know, that you cannot see them next time, unless you have a doctor referral… also very important to let them know, that they will need at list 6 sessions commitment, and then you can review the progress and see if more sessions are recommended or not.

Never take client off any medication, unless you are trained to do so.

What I am going to share here may be shocking to some of you or maybe not... Today I went to a meetup group called: "Law of Attraction" using the "Abraham", speaking through Esther Hicks...

I have herd few of her Audios and they were fine, until today....I was looking on YouTube so I can prove what I am talking about, but It is not on it yet....

Ester is funny, energetic and a good motivational speaker, at list that is what I felt about her, up until the DVD they showed us called" "Think and Get Slim" The Law Of Abundance....

And here I started taking some notes, being surprised and paying attention to some negative suggestions.... I kid you not!

"Abraham", speaking through Esther Hicks...was telling one of the lady's, those expectations is a very powerful word, and if she was gaining more weight, that is because this is what she was expecting.... (That was said to the guest who was telling Ester that she was trying everything and still was not losing any weight, except gaining more).

So if anyone is failing, is because they had too much therapy, and because they were too busy digging in the past, it's because they didn't work hard enough, It is all about Energy vibration, not pass emotional issues, and if it is, MOVE ON, why would you want to work it out, IT IS BS...

And She keeps repeating the words over and over and over again, and the audience are ready to explode, to release that painful emotional feeling, but now they are confused, their eyes are looking watery as they want to cry, but still agree and thank "Abraham", speaking through Esther Hicks...quoted: for making them guilty that they have not been stressful for not moving on, not changing the energy, just like that, wash the emotional pain, ignore it, who cares any ways, let it go and you will be, a millionaire, thin, happy.....

Honestly I wish I had the Clip to that DVD, you will hear exactly what I herd... and when I was explaining after the Movie how the subconscious mind and our old programming, our senses and our habits and behavior... I just gave enough information, but when realized they are all in trance, I had to stop myself, I was talking to people like doctors and other healers, saying oh ya, she is ...memory works, I was looked like I am someone from a different planet...

Everyone making points to shift my point of you and attacking me by saying, are you trying to put a psychological meaning to it? Don't you get it? It is "Abraham", who is speaking through Esther Hicks... she knows better then physician, psychologist, hypnotherapist; she is "Abraham", speaking through Esther Hicks...

I don’t know about you, but it does not take allot of intelligence to understand the negative reinforcement, and talking about bad mouthing another profession that is not understanding how can one change their attitude in one minute or 15 minutes?

Please feel free to share your opinion, and I am talking specific to this DVD I watched her saying what I quoted, so if you seen other DVD of here’s, I haven't seen it I can discuss that... but feel free to share your knowledge and understanding based on what I have written here, and feel free to find her Specific DVD and watch it, so you know what I am talking about....

I am just disappointed, that people cannot see the truth when they are lost... About 5 people left in the middle, I was ready to leave to, but it was important for me to hear all she had to say, so I can share my opinion here.

WHILE WATCHING SCHINDLER'S LIST...

I seen it before, and yes, I cried hard, everyone should see this movie. I remember when Clinton was the president, he said, that everyone needs to see it…

It is not an easy movie to watch, but it is needed, because it puts you in a place where you thing, Oh My Lord, My God, My Holly Spirit, or what ever your belief system is… how can I seat here and complain about my life, when six million (6,000.000) were tortured in the holocaust before they died… frown infant to elderly, and one amazing person does the absolute wonders risking his own life.

Yes I know, the movie this is hard to digest, it is a vicious story of the holocaust victims and how one wealthy man risked everything in his life to save as many he could, and not only that, when the war ended, he was upset that he didn’t save more, he felt guilty…. This movie inspired me more and more, reminding me that we should be grateful for what we have, appreciative and respect all human being, regardless, to race or religion…

Even the Jews who survived respected Schindler so much that they lay rocks on his grave in the shape of a cross, and my friends, this is respect and appreciation…
This is a great movie, I mean theoretically, I remember one specific, while the entire movie was in black and white, when Schindler was with his lady secretary up on the hill watching the children being taken away, and during that moment he was watching down while seating on his horse, the focus was on the little girl who was running to hide, and she was wearing a red coat, and that made this black and white movie seems so colorful.

Wow… I can’t go on; I still have those pictures from the scene so vivid in my mind! What a movie! I mean the story, the style, the actors; everything was just perfect to make it real...

This movie is defiantly historical and very much an educational, even though it was hard to digest, the story had a happy endings.

Please take your time and watch this movie, remember the innocent movie, be grateful where you are in life, have gratitude, respect your friends and respect yourself… love others unconditionally and stop, if you feel that you are going to be judgmental, it wont suite you or anyone else….

In honoring the memories of those who have died in the Holocaust, May Their Memories be a Blessing.

I really enjoyed Kirtan Rabbi: Mystical Hebrew Chant and I thought It is a great opportunity to share it here with you, being born Jewish,I was always drawn towards spirituality. And no matter what, I loved all human being unconditionally and never seen anyone being different.

To me we all are one, in different form and shapes... we all are beautiful souls and some lost souls, and that is unfortunate... that is why I have never understood the religion racism, as child I was always thinking, if you cut my skin and some other person, we both have the same blood color? aren't we.... and that is what helped me to except all as one, so being born as Jewish didn't make me see others different then me, we all are creation of the universe... and I have always enjoyed many fun Jewish holidays and traditions, and when I moved to Canada and now in the US, I have learned to enjoy many other different spirituality and other religious holidays... and at the same time being who I am, the Jewish Girl on the block!

Except that I was never comfortable with the idea of grow beards and for the woman to wear wigs as a thing for religion.... don't get me wrong, I am OK with it if it is not part of the religious rules, but when there too many unnecessarily rules, it makes it not so pleasant to my eyes or to my understandings... therefore I love the new idea from Kirtan Rabbi...

Dare to Brake Free!

I have been emailing my group to get them ready and committed for the change they all need...

Why Dare to Brake Free, you ask?

Because everybody who says they want to change, still seat on their behind and complain.... really, I don't have this, and I cannot afford it, It's too far, It's too late, It's too early... All I hear is excuses ... excuses... can you tell me how would anyone be successful if all they do is complaining, nagging, crating, blaming and in the end doing nothing about it?

Few weeks ago I had an event, I asked participants to pay something like $5.00 donation, why, one for the appreciation of my time and for them to appreciate what they were getting for.

So I get an email from one member who says, wow, that's great,I wish I could come, I really have no money and I am looking for a job... so here I am, being understanding, I say, no problem, just arrive and don't worry for paying the $5.00.

I receive another email, I am sorry but I have a bike and it is too dark for me to drive, so I offered to pick that person up, since it was one block away from my event.

Then, I get a call, I have an interview, would you stop the event in an hour later and take me back home, so i can drive my bike to the Interview at 7PM?

And I am scratching my head, and all I can come up with is WOW....

I tell her, well If your interview is at 7:00 PM, I wish you the best of luck, but if you arrive to my event and go to the interview leaving early, most likely you'll learn allot of tools to help you attract a better work...

Giving her some tips and telling her that it is up to her to take action and make things happen to her, not me, and before I knew it, I was attacked that I don't know her and I have no right to judge her, and I am puzzled, scratching my head again and saying, OK let it go, it is crystal clear that this person is not ready for a change, I did everything I could to make it happen for her, but she was still looking for excuses and everyone to blame.....

That was only one of them, then I get an email from another young lady, same story, I don't have money, bla bla bla... and here she came, since she was the only one, I gave her a one on one hypnotherapy session, she was very happy and excited, but then she emails me and invites me to go to other events she goes and she does pay for it, and I am thinking, you kid me not....

You come to my event, ask for understanding, get a wonderful free session, ask me to attend for more sessions for free, but have enough money to pay $15.00 and $40.00 for each meetup events that are not as rewarding as mine...

So, No more Miss Nice and Freebies upon request... If anything is FREE, It;s because I want to give and share, not because people are good in acting...

My Philosophy is, Either you invest in yourself or you don't, it's all up to you....

I am OK, and I did what is best for me and I still do.... So that is what I am doing, emailing my group members and asking them to join me on the next Dare to Brake Free! This event is all about Forgiveness Celebrating the breakthrough for Abundance on May 1st, 7:00 p.m. at Tarzana, California.

As you can see my weekend was great up until this stupid Movie... “Crank High Voltage”, why stupid?
because it was waste of money and time.... The movie started OK, and then it became
more and more stupid, sickening, truly a disgusting movie, what a waste to have actor Jason Statham to be in this movie as the main Character, he deserve so much better...

Did anyone seen this movie, I wander what did you think about it, feel free to share your opinion....

Honestly I am not sure how and why did it get to be on the big screen?
The worst movie ever…

I hope you don’t give this movie a chance. Honestly it is such a disappointment, no tact, bad story line, like I said, it started OK, until all this stupid people in the movie, ewooo... and as the movie continued to got dumber and dumber all the way to the end…

Stupid scene, what can I say, it is a NO… NO Movie, unless you appreciate horrible movies, in that case, go a head, enjoy the stupidity while you burning your hard earned money of people who are good selling BS… What a crap, by the way the theater was empty, literally we were the only total of ten people in this entire screening room…

My friend liked it, I was so shocked.... how can anyone like this kind of movie?
That only tells you how two different people can see different things and understand different things while watching the same movie...

Great Weekend!

Hello Guys,

Hope your weekend was wonderful as mine, honestly, nothing can be better then a wonderful weekend where Everything goes well. Friday night, I have invited few people over for Saturday pool party, one friend came and my mother, my sister, her husband, my other brother and total of four nephews… It was great... we had Italian pasta, and cookies, lots of tangerine, drinks, just great beautiful day, and then I had a family event, was great.

On Saturday my sister’s best friend invited the entire family for a pool party and BBQ, this time my family member was almost in complete… My only sister, who is nine years younger then me with her husband and there three kids, my brother Menasha with his wife and two daughters, My brother Danny, his wife and his two kids, my other brother Avi, who is visiting us from Israel, he also have three wonderful children who are back home in Israel with his wife, of course my mother, my father, our friend Arie and Collette with their two beautiful little girls, the dog Vanilla, and Adam the son of my sisters friends… I felt like all this beauty belonged to me, I felt such a great abundance….

I kid you not, I tolled everyone, I am happy to share my abundance with you, you see all this beautiful threes, houses, sky, it’s all mine, and everyone were so much playful…. That is what I call a wonderful relaxing weekend….
That wasn’t over, I went on a date…. Let me take a brake, I will come back with the juicy details.....

The Present

Greeting All,

I received this message and I felt it is truly a great way to start the day... hope you will have the same appreciation I had...

It will take just 37 seconds to read this, to change your thinking.

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.

One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to
help drain the fluid from his lungs, and his bed was next to the room's only window.

The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back, the men talked for hours on end.

They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.

Every afternoon, when the man in the bed by the window could sit up,he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.

The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake, ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this in exquisite details, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine this picturesque scene.

One warm afternoon,the man by the window described a parade passing by.

Although the other man could not hear the band - he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.

Days, weeks and months passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep.
She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside.

He strained to slowly turn to look out the window besides the bed.

It faced a blank wall.

The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.

The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.

She said, 'Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you.'

Epilogue:

There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.

Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.

If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy.

'Today is a gift, that is why it is called The Present.'

Why am I still awake?

My knee hurts, slept too much during the afternoon... and now I am having a hot pad on my knee, while at the same time I am deciding what I will do next... at this moment, just clueless...
Let me think what is missing in my life right now?
Hummmmm... good question... have you wonder what is missing in your life?

This is what I am missing right now....
I am missing more excitement....
I am missing more money...
I am missing more friends, one cannot have enough 
I am missing more time for fun
I am missing more vacations....
I am missing more soothing body massages
I am missing more computer and web design knowledge.
I am missing more marketing tools
I am missing more friends who can teach me how to use the internet
I am missing more tutors to teach me the secret of internet optimizations without spending extra money.
I am missing more people to Invest in my practice
I am missing one other half, so I can spend the rest of my life with....

Hummm... I know, I probably could write much more, and I am sure you get the idea... So this is why I am still awake, I am awake, because when it is late at night, I usually think more positive, and become more creative, and at this time of night, OK... Early mornings, I become a free spirit that is why; I usually don’t have a set plan or any rules... I just go by the wave.... Oh Boy... please forgive me for wanting to go back to bed now, tomorrow is another beautiful day...and I am going to Lake Balboa for a picnic with my new casting friends ...Yes, I am all over, healer, hypnotherapist, life coach, motivational speaker, Intuitive psychic, massage therapist, educator, teacher, actress, writer, daughter, sister, aunt, mother, cousin, friend... wow.. Is there anything I am not?

Forgive me for missing out so much, and that is why I have asked for more time....

Limited Programming!

Yes, I know we all use the negative self talk and limiting words every day, either consciously or subconsciously… that is how we have been programmed… so what now?

Can we change it? YES

How can we change it? Glad you asked…

First you have to recognize that you are stuck using your negative thinking… Also remember that the negative thought is related you your “Ego” Yes ego, the one that usually wins the battle… regardless to being right or wrong…

Lets first acknowledge where is your Ego coming from, The ego is your Inner child, the one that is stubborn, childish and holding onto the images in their mind, in this case, it is your inner mind - known as imagination…

Please allow me to clarify and introduce you to your “Ego” also known as you’re “Inner Child” and what role your Ego-Inner child is playing in your life… so you can relate and understand them better, the limited programming and each character responsibility's…

You’re Ego - Inner Child, are your thoughts and your feelings that are simply based on your fears, doubts, suspicions, exaggerations etc…

So what we most do with our limited programming? We use it as an excuse…

I am willing to bet that you have used the “BUT” and TRY word so many times that it is part of your every day conversation…

Are you putting 1 and 2 together... do you realize that the word "BUT" & TRY is just simple negative words...

Interesting isn’t it? I love to be creative in my group classes, so if anyone who is in my group or classes uses the word "BUT" or “TRY” they get to write a full page of "BUTS" and “TRY” as a reminder to why "BUT" & “TRY” are Stopping them from achieving any goals in their life.... and then I become even more creative with the BUTS, by using symbols and objects that resembles any of those words, plus every time someone uses the words BUT or TRY, I am giving them the BUT & TRY symbolic objects, and in the end, the one who gets the largest amount of BUTS objects is going to pay a small penalty.... (That of course depends on the class and the program settings)

Just wait, we are not done, what about the negative word that is also used a lot...
Are you guessing? Are you having any difficulty coming up with the word? OK I’ll help you… It is called "Problem", so for you to get rid of this negative self talk, all you have to do is to replace it with more positive word that is connecting to the “Problem” such as “Issues”, "Challenges", "Obstacles", "Concerns", Bumpy Roads" and all of them are natural with an easy solution or an outcome… all we have to do my dear, is to just to use our gray cells to seek Solutions....

Is it Impossible? NO…

Just remember, that we are never given dreams without being given the “POWER” or the “PATH” to make them happen and to come true, and that is the SOLUTION my friends… when there is a way there is always a solution…

My mother always says, that her Mother, My Grandmother, her soul rest in peace, use to tell her, When one door closes another door always opens… just remember that… It is universal...

PAIN, SADNESS AND HEARTBREAKS will only keep going as long as you allow it to hurt your flash by cutting you too deep, the rule is, as long as you don't allow it, it won’t hurt anymore… All you have to do is to put, A STOP TO IT... Like Mother Teresa did when she said; NO MORE!

The point I am making is simple, once you experienced it, Learn from it and move on towards your ultimate goals.

The good news is; Time heals all……and your positive attitude will be developed greater with self awareness, Say No to “Negative Words, Negative thoughts, as soon as you realize you have been using it over and over… Reverse it, Stop It, Change It… and this is done with your conscious awareness, the law of repetitions is very affective….…

From now on, pay attention to what you are saying, what you are focusing on. Use your imagination, and catch your negative words and your negative thoughts, with a baseball bath, or something else that is fun and creative to you…

Make a mental note, perform self-checks several times during the day, get in touch with your feeling, see if it is negative feelings, such as frustration, irritation, anger, sadness, pessimistic or what ever you are programmed to do, and take a deep breath.. Exhale and send love and positive thinking back instead, let it go… or get to know me, I will help you make it go away…

Once you do that, you will notice the shift that will take place, and you will be responding with positive words and positive thoughts, so it will manifest with an instant good feelings of well being…

Why; “EnterYourMind”

“EnterYourMind” was my Son, Matthew Jacob Garbe brilliant discovery… One day I called him and asked for his help, He was 16 Years old… He asked me few questions and said, Mom, What do you want people to know about you? Last Year around December 2008, I received an email from Nand Kumar Menon, closely associated with International Association of Reiki Professionals and a Member of International Hypnosis Association.
Any ways, It was so beautiful, that I immediately emailed him back and asked if It was OK for me to post it on my Secret Power of My Inner Child Group...II ask Nand Kumar Menon to post it.

The practice of the inner smile I share below is from Nand Kumar Menon, to release tension and promote ease and well being in your body.

THE INNER SMILE

Sit comfortably – ultimately; you can practice the inner smile anywhere, in any position.
Allow a smile to dance into your eyes. If you like, raise the corners of your mouth ever so slightly, like someone who knows a really cool secret but doesn't need to tell.

Smile into any part of your body that feels tight, or
Uncomfortable, until it begins to ease or relax.
Smile into any part of your body that feels especially good. You can increase the smile by expressing gratitude to that part of your body for helping to keep you healthy and strong.

Allow the inner smile to reach every corner of your body.

Here are some specific suggestions:
a) Smile into the organs of your body – your heart, liver, pancreas,
kidney, sex and adrenal glands. If you don't know where these organs are,
it's OK to pretend – your body will redirect the energy for you.

b) Smile down through your esophagus and into your stomach. Smile all the way through your large and small intestines and out of your bottom. (If anyone can think of a more delicate way to put that, answers on a postcard, please!)

c) Smile up into your brain, then down through the base of your skull and all the way down to the bottom of your spine.

You can smile into your life as well as your body. Try smiling and expressing gratitude into a relationship, an environment or a project you are currently working on, and notice how the energy around that situation
begins to shift!
